With a career spanning more than 30 years, Steve has built a reputation for helping people, teams and organisations reach their full potential. Starting out in the military specialising in leadership development and training across the globe before moving into a big four corporate leadership and learning development role, it was here that his involvement in large scale live events kicked off and soon became a passion. That passion for working with people to help them realise their full potential extends to the organisations he works with on live events – not just design and production but transforming events into experiences, memories that return high impact for individuals and organisations alike
Over the years, Steve has worked across diverse sectors including sport, entertainment, finance, and tech, holding senior roles in leadership development, organisational culture, and learning strategy.
His professional journey has been shaped by a curiosity about how people work, grow, and perform — and by a deep belief that leadership and team culture are at the heart of organisational success.
Known for his calm presence, clear thinking and practical approach, Steve combines deep experience with an intuitive ability to connect, challenge, and inspire. He’s equally at home coaching C-suite executives, facilitating team sessions, or designing large-scale events that energise and align entire organisations.
